Sorry for a new post (this forum needs a Q & A thread, me thinks), but I've searched the wiki and found nothing. Does duel company colours work with buildings?

Indeed, the modern office building of the Container Station set, coded by Oracle, contains a green panel which should be 2nd CC... Oracle said that it wouldn't work

Well, someone should chase down Lakie and Patchman and see what they have to say about it, they're responsible for a great deal of the 2CC stuff.

As far as I understand, Industry, house and station sprites do not have 2cc mapping applied to them.
Could be wrong, but my department was the gui, not the remapper.
