It's not Ribblehead, somewhere less famous for sure!

That looks like the sort of image Penistone Line partnership may come up with, perhaps it is meant to represent Lockwood viaduct in that case, as that is on the penistone line.

So my guess for today; Lockwood

This is the closest guess so far...

However the viaduct is a little bit of a red herring, as there are no significant (i.e multi-span) viaducts between this station and the stations either side.

Is it on the Penistone line though? For now I'll just say maybe!

Fitting that bill, and i know as having a some white washed walls, which your initial image seems to have painted or stuck over, I'll go with Honley's cramped station building. I won't make any further guesses after this for this image else i'm just going to be going through the entire of that line.
So, last guess at this image - Honley.

If it isn't, i know when the answer is revealed, I'm going to be kicking myself, its definitely an image in PLPs style of art, and I used to live on the PL line so know most of the stations well, plus a lot of the volunteers on the help desk at Huddersfield I volunteer with are part of PLP :x

It isn't Honley, I'm afraid.

Feel free to guess again by the way... if it moves the game on

As a further clue, this station has two platforms in use.

We shall try this one. Not sure what's older. The image, or the relic of a laptop I had to boot up to get the image off it's hard drive!

And the award for the first incorrect guess goes to Badger!

'tisn't Darwen I'm afraid.

That looks like Rose Hill Marple to me. The shelter matches anyway...

A clever photo for the game, that- it wasn't obvious that it was a terminus.

This one might be bending the rules a little, but it's the best I can do with being on lockdown...

So, appears narrow gauge. Knowing your usual area, something like Cuckoos Nest on the Kirklees Light Railway?

Correct! Knew it would either go super quick, or drag on for weeks!

The rule-bend was that Cuckoo's Nest halt was never a station in standard gauge days.

Oops, I'm late! Apologies about that folks! Now, for something on a similar vain to 61653s last one, where are we now?

I think I know where that is, but as I don't have a suitable photo I'll hold back for now...

I recognise the locomotive and therefore what heritage railway it runs on, totally beyond me what the specific station that is though. Bums :x
I know of this railway, but where it runs precisely is beyond me except "...somewhere on the island of Great Britain".
