i found that annoying bug: the exit of a tunnel can be placed if there is a track that go in the same direction of the tunnel (see screenshot)

It depends totally on the existence of a build-on-slopes foundation. Doesn't happen on flat ground, only where the tunnel could excavate were there no tracks.

Can you do it to a competitor’s track? Because that could be a problem in multiplayer.

Just tried it and yes you can do it to competitors.
