Well Its finally done. Sorry it took so long!
GOAL: Deliver 200,000 tons of chemicals in 30 years
AI: None
Start Date: 1968
Difficulty: Challenging
This long anticipated project is finally out.! It was quite a project and I took my time to make a Western Canada that would be realistic and fun. The mountainous Canadian West will test your skills. The goal is to deliver 200,000 tons of chemicals in 30 years. To do this you will have no choice but to conquer the mountains. Good Luck!
Special thx Plastikman.
Also ty to ampz for his mapgen program!
If you use the version with add-ons this is what you will need
You need Akalamania's Enhanced Paper Cycle and Plastikman's Amtrak Set, US Set 1.0 plus the 1.1 and 1.2 Add-ons
Paper Cycle found here:

Very nice map. it looks like it is worth the wait.
after playing it for 10 min, it made me want to drop all other mods and whip up more canadian stuff. mostly rollingstock/wagons, some intermodal, livestock, tank cars..etc. just to name a few off the top of my head.
I never realised how wierd a map is with only default passenger stuff! time for some VIA and GO passenger stuff....

Yes I agree 100% it would be very nice to have some GO and VIA for future Canadian maps! Ty for making all that Canadian stuff though. Makes this map quite a gem!

actually if you wait another hour or so. i got sick of the sd60m looking like poop. i just started redoing all the candain motive power. it should plug right into this map without any changes.

Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!
The map looks great.
/me celebrates with a Nanaimo bar.
P.S. I'd love to have some VIA trains, such as LRCs and the Renaissance cars.

Great Map! The scenario would be more interesting if the ability to construct new industries were turned off. As it stands now, it was too easy: make money, build a factory near the chemical sources and you win.

I will turn this off next time. However if someone wants to do it that way, I guess that's their choice. I wouldnt really consider that person to have really beat the scenario though. Glad to hear everyone is enjoying the map!
