This either becomes a very long topic or a very short one. Can someone create a grf that converts Prebral's iron mine to [url=http://tt-forums.net/download.php?id=37953]Prebral's coal mine from the start of 1975. I don't expect production to shift from iron to coal I just would like to see the graphics change by the start of 1975.

Not hard.
One or more

Code: Select all

0*0 02 09 <ID> 81 01 00 FF 01 <IronOreID> 00 00 36 <CoalID> 00
sprites should do the trick.

Interesting Dalestan. And what if I decide to change my mind and would want the produced goods to change too? That's probably a no-go, right?!

The type of goods produced cannot be changed time-dependant.

Yes and no. You can't change which two goods are produced, but you can produce them in different quantities depending on date, by using the production callback (Action2Industries), and another copy of that sprite, except with <feature> set to 0A instead of 09.

OK, that's a very clear answer. And what is the industry limit per climate, did that change with the introduction of ECS or Michael's beer & fish?

Maximum industry types: 37 (decimal)
Maximum industries: 90 (decimal)

Quick replies, thanks again. I'm going to count the amount of industrie types in the temperate climate tomorrow.
