AI not buying any vehicles

What could cause the AI from not buying any vehicles even though the AI built rails, depots, etc.?
I have these settings and grfs.

PS
Searching seems to be useless, keywords for searching are almost in every very long topics

Thus they all appear in the search results

Tried it, but still the same, the AI's aren't building/buying any vehicles.
Currently testing to see if the cause is some grf.
Oh, this started just today, which is weird coz I was playing fine with the same configuration and grfs before.

I think I found what's causing the AI problems.
It's the ECS (Extended cargo schema v1 alpha 1).
When I remove these:
newgrf/ECSTownw.grf
newgrf/ECSAgriw.grf
newgrf/ECSBasicw.grf
newgrf/ECSChemw.grf
newgrf/ECSConstw.grf
newgrf/ECSMachw.grf
newgrf/ECSWoodw.grf
The AIs buy new vehicles, be it airplane, train or rvs, but with ECS on, the AIs do not buy any vehicles.
Additionally, the AIs become really intelligent. I mean by that is, they build really good (with the setting of AI Intelligence set to High) vs with the ECS on, the AIs build as if the AI Intelligence is set to Low.
Now that's sad

TTD won't be the same without ECS on

Ah I see. It wasn't on the ECS Download site (
http://george.zernebok.net/newgrf/downloads.html ), but I got it anyways, checked out if the folders are browsable.

Update:
Sadly, still not working. The AIs are still not buying any type of vehicles.

Sigh, it's really very different playing w/o ECS

there's no challenge w/o it. ^_^
Another Update:
Something I noticed, the AI's only buy a few vehicles from the Airport.
If RV or Trains, the AI's do not buy any vehicles.

I don't have the previous games anymore.
Though some improvements, I found that there are grf's conflicting with ECS. I disabled those grfs and ECS is working fine so far.
The latest problem I noticed tho is the intelligence of the AIs.
Setting:
AI Intelligence = High
Problem:
1) AI is acting like it's Intelligence seting is "Low".
2) Favors Airports first, then Trains. Only buys RV/Trams sometime 1980s but only 1 company bought RVs (in the attached game).
Another problem:
1) Blimp vehicle for Airport = AI's can buy blimps anytime but I, the real-player can only buy blimps sometime 1940s. Start date set to 1930.

I’ve tried to start your save game, but it crashes for me. I do not have a half of grf files from your newgrf.cfg. So, I suggest you to create a short newgrf.cfg, set start year to 1950, generate a new RANDOM game and test, if AI can build anything.

Here are the 2 tests I did.
All seems fine. The AIs are buying vehicles.
Tho, when it comes to RV, they buy the Tram Vehicle only (or give priority to Trams) which is actually similar to when Electrified Railways available, the AIs prioritize or only build erails.
The first AI always build Airport/Aircrafts.
Then Train or RV.
I used the newgrf list you provided with the year set to 1950.

Umm, other issue, didn't quiet get it ^_^
Anyways, the AIs buying only Electrified Railways (if it's turned on) is the same as the tram? (Tho I don't know who created the erails.)

It depends of set. Trams are road vehicles, don't mix them with trains.

Yah, what I meant was the 'problem'.
Coz the AIs are only buying erails
same as
the AIs only buying Trams
so, could it be the a bug or a conflict somewhere? The problem is similar, though the other one is railroads/trains while the other is RV/Trams.

As per George's instructions so he can check the problems (with year set to 1950s).
There's a savedgame attached to one of my post above (the most recent attachment), one of the savedgame shows the AI's buying only Trams.
