Here is my first post:

I'm using these configurations. Unfortunately, the 'ECS' part always unable to load all items. Is there a menthod to solve? (Preferred without disabling anything in the "newgrf.cfg" because I don't want to use the TTD original graphics)

Disabling v4 longveh. and re-enable v3 3/4 long vehs. are not going to work at my computer (You can test optionaly).

To use ECS, you must disable all other cargo grfs, in particular the NewCargo Set.

But you can't download those GRFs directly from his website.

Because there's no link to that directory from any of the pages on your site...

Town vector should go first and every other file should report the error if it is not active. All the other files should go in any order (theoretically), but some combinations do not work (I could not understand why). This order works for me
ECSTownw.grf
ECSBasicw.grf
ECSBasArw.grf
ECSBasTrw.grf
ECSChemw.grf
ECSMachw.grf
ECSMacTrw.grf
ECSWoodw.grf
ECSConstw.grf
ECSAgriw.grf
