Yesterday I was feeling pretty good about myself, 80 trains 20 planes 3 ships. Year profit up to 8 mil it was 1980 , So i wondered If I would save the game while I was managing an IA company and restart the game without the patch. Well it gave me a unique perspective I had like 50K and ME well it was me Had like 50mil and was run by the Ai. And of cource I was doomed even against the AI cause I was running every profittable transport before.

You guys should try it, and try to run your own company out of buisness without using cheats. That IS a challenge, now yesterday I did not play it for to long but the AI was handeling my old company pretty good. The downside is you dont have the patch but its still good fun.....well fun...It is hard...

Before changing you should make sure you dont use those En-route waypoint stations cause the AI will delete them, and it does not replace it.
Be sure also That you take a fresh AI company over to manage, or else youl end up with a crappy start
