Signals ++

I have a question about signals ? OK, not one but many. :wink:

how complicate would be to do this few things :

1, signals under the bridge ?
2, signals on the begin,end of the tunels ?
3, signals on the begin,end of the bridges ?
4, signals in tunels (made by dragging signals every .... tiles) ?
5, signals on bridges (made by dragging .....) ?
6, signals on first tile of the stations ?

i ask because i have lot's of problems with corridors and theirs crossings

All those (except maybe the station one, i'm not sure) would need the new map array. Which is in progress but will be finished When It Is Done.

this is what these things require before they can be attempted to be programmed.
1, new map array
2, new map array
3, new map array
4, subways, after the new map array
5, new map array
6, probably new map array too.

Out of that list, I would only like to see signals allowed under bridges, the rest really just defeat the purpose of designing a setup that overcomes the problem. Also doesnt signals in the front of the station seem kind of redunant? If you had a signal in the front of the station you still have the leading tile with the signal on it, so you loose the first tile in the station platform. That is of course unless the new map array fixes that.

the idea is that a train would wait directly on the tile before the station, even if theres a train inside taking up the entire length of the platform. more like a signal on the edge of the tile, than on the station itself.

this would only work at the entrance of roro stations imo.
