I seem to no longer be getting money when I make a delivery, although it is still seems to register on the finances screen. After about $4,294,845,000 I no longer get paid... what gives?

You already have all the money that exists in the world. You cannot have more without spending some.

FFFFFFFFh = 4,294,967,295.
