DBset, temperate set and artic renewal set in Tropical

DBset, temperate set and artic renewal set in Tropical

Hi friends, I want to use any one or all of the following in the Tropical climate.
DB set
Temperate set
artic renewal set
Is there a method by which I can do it in latest nightly built?

Hmmm.... editing the GRF? I wouldn't know any better option TBH.
