If you own a company and someone joins it, or you forget your password, could you get a feature to go to client list and just kick eM/

A) if someone joins your company without your permission, then you aren't guarding your password well enough.
B) how do you prove who you are if you've forgotten your password?

B) losing your password is like losing the keys for your house/car/ whatever..

B) I would say it's far more like losing all forms of ID simultaneously.
Without the password, how do I prove that I'm the person who started that company, and not some griefer trying to steal said company.
OT: Webfreak, please reduce the length of your sig.

Or... How about the ability to setup your password before joining a game, so its always there. The fact that your company info doesnt pop up when you join a game can quickly make you forget about a password.

And how is that an improvement over setting a password and having them msg you for the password?

Would work for me, but it wouldn't work very well for dial-up users. And they're the ones that are most likely to get booted.

well it not always i remember to set a password. and there is no option to do this in a option so you dont have to do it every time you join a game. and if someone hack/guess the password they still cant join you, (had one there did this) {had a pass like "asdollko"}

He must have been really lucky (I hope). Anyway as already suggested before by ConductorBob. I think it is best to specify a password in a field just like you can specify your name. So you will always automatically set a password. And also automatically rejoin a game with that password. If the password is wrong the existing line which ask the password will popup I don't think it really is that hard, but I don't have (much) programming experience.

Hey all. This my first post!
I know this thread was discussed a month ago, but I thought I'd bring it up again instead of creating a new thread and being told, "just search the forum".
I was thinking of this idea and was sure someone else would have thought of it, and I was right!
Seriously, there are some players that actually want to help a company grow (me for instance). So I think it be a good idea to code some sort of feature to kick someone out of the company if they're being a prat.
I'd do it myself if I knew how to program the language it's written in. It's C++ isn't it? Currently doing Computer Science at Man Met.
Failing that the feature desscribed by Conductor Bob

Matthew, helping somebody else's company to grow would normally be seen as interfering. Most players like to keep track of what they're spending, and like the idea of knowing exactly what on their network works, and what doesn't. Cooperative play is best arranged in advance. If somebody was to want to join my company, they'd have to come up with a convincing reason why I should trust them, first.
There are a group of people in this community who engage in cooperative play as a first preference. They have very specific protocols for communication, building and spending. Have a look at their website here:

which with a bit of luck i`ll be a real member of in the very near future

I don`t like the average player joining my company as they normally build some crap junction or station that can`t handle the amount of traffic on my lines and then i have to rebuild it...
