Its very easy,

Copyshop is a simple Doppler for mail

BUT

Copyshop B is more difficult there you have to transport mail AND paper to the industry to get the double amount of mail, but if you inly transport mail and not enough paper the mail will be destroyed at the copyshop.
But if the mix is right, you will have twuce the amount of mail you have put in

Sounds fun, but how must mail delivered if the buildings accept mail?

mail must be delivered as normal mail, like you transport it from town to town, BUT if you are using "Copy Shop B" you also need to deliver Paper to the Copy Shop
