Two same industries in one town

I thought it is impossible.
First bank(on the right) was built using the scenario editor.
So, I am playing, town is expanding, then second bank appears... WTF?

If you look through your patches settings, you will find one that says "allow multiple simular industries per town", I suspect that you have that on.
This also allows a town to have 2 or more farms, steal mills ect ect ect. Just like in real life.

Oh, okay then. My bad. It's just when I tried to BUILD another industry while in-game it says I can't...
PS. Damn, I just noticed I posted in the wrong forum. It should be TTDPatch Problems.

Well the reason is the same no matter which game.

Still i think its pretty rare to get a subsidy going from 1 industry in a town to another industry in the same town let alone a bank (same industry) as in not a ore to mill ect.
