vehicle order lists

A few ideas to vehicle order list:

- copy order list from other vehicle
Often I have trains with up to 20 stations in the order list. A new train
with exactly the same list is time consuming cause I have to click on
all stations. (Perhaps this is similar to clone vehicle which is already in progress?)

- mark more than one station in list and set all to non-stop/delete by one
click on the button non-stop/delete

- Enter a station in the order list without clicking on the station, for example
by marking it in the stations list and then clicking a special button in
the order list box. Now the situation is on big maps you have to go to all
stations and at the end back to the place, you were just building for example.
Often I forgot where that place was exactly on the map.

press goto in an empty order list, then click on a vehicle you wish to copy orders from, ctrl-click if you want them to share the same orders.

By clicking on the location button from where you build the train, you're back at te beginning.

Yes, Normally people get around this problem, but leaving the train in the depot (or station) and moving to the other station. With the trains view window open click the 'eye' or on the station/depot in the window.

Or if im feeling really feature happy, I open a seperate Viewport, although then I have to remember which of the two buttons I want (copy or paste)

The clone trains patch should also be quite good when its finished too... copys the orders as well as the train, much like clicking the Train you wish to copy the orders for. (holding ctrl while clicking is always good too, then you have shared orders)

i often use extra veiwports. i want them to implement the ability to drag/create extra veiwports out of the game in a seperate window, so i can stick them on seperate screens.
