Have you got the unload option on?
i had this trouble once. Check the station its dropping of the cargo on. If all the cargo is there, take of the unload option in the train orders, and it should work

Well, don't to that. Take off the "unload" order and it will work, try it!

instead of changing your habit of unloading goods, you can try to turn your "feederservice" switch off. I was forced to use unload commands in some big city stations which also produces goods... and also used in huge amount to increase the efficiencies of bus stops.
Hope that helps

. If I am wrong in any ways, please correct me.

in your ttdpatch.cfg is a switch called "feeder..."
switch that to off and you can use the unload option and you will get paid for it.
If you want to leave it on, then get rid of the unload command in your train orders. Because the unload command will make the goods to stay in the station and wait for them to be picked up by another vehicle (train, truck, ship, etc.) that's why its called feeder. means you can for example transfer oil from a ship to a train etc.
Hope that helps.
