Binaries

Hello i have binaries of scenarios of some (hopefully) useful content,
one is a completly flat map and one is a crap model of london, (could
be made better) do i have permission to upload? if not where can i
upload and can i advetise the location?

i don't know whever you are meant to upload binaries here.
You cannot upload binaries to discussion newsgroups. Most ISP's will delete
them. Binaries can only be posted in newsgroups that have the word
'binaries' in their name (e.g.: alt.binaries.sounds.midi for MIDI files).
