Hi, does anyone know any PHP or CGI forum software that does not use MySQL?

THIS forum... phpbb doesn't necessarily use mySQL...
You can use the windows ODBC and msAccess to create the db

That doesn't work on my server, I asked about it and they said phpBB will not work.

Yes, they are, I have one but it doesn't work.

It's name is UPB, Universal PHP Board, if you want search on internet.

If you want, I can host a phpBB forum for you (completly separate, not with the mine), but you know my server
But my server is changed, so I hope the new works better...

I have a webserver witch can host a board... but the hardware and primary admin rights belong to my dad :( .. When I buy a new computer I am going to make this a server aswell... just have to fight my dad for the http port 80
He does not know how to manage a webserver so now I have to keep track of everything he changes so I can change it back after hes done..
When I have a complete server of my own I will host a board or something I guess..

Well, I'm hosting many of my web sites on the same server, and have had very few, if any, problems:This is a genuine service, but I won't be able to offer it to customers for a couple of weeks yet, probably.

Hey Omni, I've got a few questions for ya.

1: What was the sotware you used on ferrovie?
2: Did it have to use MySQL?
3: Where do you get it?

On Ferrovie.ch we used the free WBB (Woltlab Burning Board) 1.1.1. Now you can buy (yes, buy...) the 2.0. Both uses MySQL.
