You really bore me, and I'm sure you do everyone else. This is absolutely
ridiculous. You seem hell bent on dividing this group and ending any good
relations we have had over the past few months. This is possibly the 4th
time you have done something like this now, and I for one am not prepared to
tolerate it any more.
Thank you,
Eddie

What the hell is that? That was a GOOD thing, and if you can't see past your
own limitations of me, then why do I even bother?
I've NEVER seen anyone take a compliment as an insult. Jeez, YOU'RE the one

Wrong! Even telephone conversations have bandwidth's (but much wider than
internet), and radio and TV too.
Your ear has a banwidth, the color of a random object has one or more
bandwidth's, and I could think of many more...

Bandwidth is a term used whenever you are transmitting information.
This information includes digital data over the internet. What it
means is that the cable's can only hold so much information, and when
they reach this limit they can't hold any more. Therefore, the lower
the bandwidth is the longer it will take to download anything, because
it will have to be broken into smaller pieces. Also, the bigger
something is the more pieces it will be broken into, and so the longer
it will take.
I know that this is a very simplistic version, and only just what
really happens, but it's as good an explination as I'm going to give.
Heh... wouldn't the bandwith in the U.K. be slightly bigger because they use
metrics?
And I always thought that bandwith was less of a tangible thing than it really
was.

- U.K. is the only country in Europe that doesn't use metrics YET (in
general).
- What does the measuring-system have to do with the amout of copper wires,
and that other stuff, what do you call it? "glas-fiber" or something?
And I always thought that bandwith was less of a tangible thing than it
really
was.
It isn't tangible at all.

Fibreoptics, fibre-optic cable I think it is. USA spelling fiber, UK
spelling: fibre.
I've always wondered why there are differences. The US people can often
claim they have their own American language with this. Perhaps that's what
it is.
Sulphur, Sulfur
Favourite, Favorite
And also different words for different stuff.
Toilet, John
Notes, Bills (as in money)
Nappy, Diaper
Fountain, Faucet (as in water thingy)
And there's loads more.
