A small easy scenario where 10 Intellegent and Aggresive competitors start immediately. But have no worries about swarms of AI railroads...there is only 2 years.
More of a puzzle and a guarantee that you will not have won a scenario before using this particular vehicle...maybe you have never used this vehicle before.
Move 200 passengers in 2 years and be in the top 3 companies. Oh yes, and watch the pennies.
No mods required.
Ps..first person I shared this with took more than 6 goes before they cracked it.
