Ah yes, it's a bug that happens if manualconvert is off. For now, turn that on and it should stop crashing (or wait for a51).

Hmm.. I'm experiencing not strictly a crash, but a reboot, after random time I start the game (yes, when launching the program file). So I can't send a crashlog (no time to write one :D), but I attach my cfg file. Can someone help me?

That might also be related to something else though :) Virus, old drivers..

When I just got my new PC, the Hyperthreading drivers were old (or something like that, can't quite remember what it was) and the PC would just reboot instantly, especially when using the CPU quite a lot. (just to give you an example (or maybe it's the cause! Who knows!))

usual procedure:
- delete ttdload[w].ovl
- delete ttdpttxt.dat
- rename ttdpatch.cfg (to get new default one)
- rename newgrf[w].cfg (not to use any graphics)

more ideas:
- install WIN TTD if you got DOS one
- install new graphics card drivers
- turn on BSOD (google for what's BSOD if you do not know)
- turn off all programs before starting TTD

Virus - maybe.. goin' to check
Old drivers - especially not... I'm using XP, with all the newest drivers... (Maybe I have to downgrade to Win2K or 98SE :D)
(edit)
I left my computer on for a while to see if it reboots without the game... It stayed as I left (no reboot)... strange for me... maybe the high processor usage is the key...
(/edit)
SHADOW-XIII: thanks a lot. I'll try after an OS downgrade... And I learn to save the game often...
