This might b a stupid question if so shout at me!
But one of the Banks requires diamonds but also produces bags of diamonds. Is this normal what should I do with them.

is it the subtropic climate you're playing?

it's a known bug in the normal version of TTDX (i don't know if ttdpatch has fixed it, don't use it that much)

it's not something to be afraid of... if it accepts diamonds and pays for it, exploit it!

Meh, stick them on a plane and send them to the other side of the map

Use it to your advantage, lol, nothing like sending in dimands to get dimands
