Since a50 I decided to switch some of my stations to pbs but I keep getting these "random" train crashes. It happens once in a while (for 15 years - 5 of them).
Here are 2 screenshots + .cfg of two of the crashsites. Can you please tell me if I am doing something wrong.

PBS was broken in a49, maybe you just build bad crossing then and now it's working properly

anyway, try making signals behind station to 1-way signals

also turn reversing to: only at the end of line

I didnt have pbs with a49.
If I use One-way at the exit of the station I can not use the depot.

move the depot somewhere else ... depots should not be in PBS junctions

Yes, I've already concidered that ..but..
The following happens - a train which is loading at the station wants to go to a depot - and then it leaves the station. So far good. But with FIFO loading this makes it a little unpleasant. All the cargo is waiting for this train to come again.
And if there are no free slots @ the station the game is stuck.

It's a band-aid, not a solution, but cht:resetfifo

when you enable fifo never force a train to leave a station or other trains won't be able to load there until doing Cht:ResetFifo (probably same problem when train is forced to go to depot automatically when it's old enough. so turn that switch to)

The real solution is "gotodepot on" and then put depots in the trains orders. Then they'll only visit a depot when it's in their orders.
