Bad Zooming

I have this when zooming out near border
(sometimes also zooming glitches not only near border)
- zooming with mouse
- resolution changed
- new sprite sorting
I would be glad if someone could confirm that

I've tried it now in fullscreen 800x600 and 1024x768, but I see no artifacts.
The mouse zooming code doesn't care about invalid coordinates just like the normal zooming code. TTD should automatically adjust off-map coordinates, but maybe it fails on higher resolutions for some reason.

Well it could be that some constants in TTD or TTDPatch are useing 640x480,
if you move a bit the screen it should disappear...
(As I said I am happy it works, not well but it does)
