Does anyone else getting tropic industries in temperate?

Since the hotfix update, sometimes new industries are of the tropic kind but produce temperate climate ressources in a temperate climate game.
Anyone else got this trouble?

The problem is already found and fixed, but isn't included in a46 yet.
