ALL trains turnaround at ALL signals if red

ALL of my trains turn around at red signals. It is extremely 
annoying beause i canot use any presigs or anything to reduce congestion. I have congestion proplems with even just afew trains.
Also i noticed that a few of my trains would actually
"STOP" at signals 
(As in the status thing). This is anoying if they are blocking intersections because it can take along time to disover it and then get them started again, oh and keep making them turn the right way intil the way is clear. This has happened since alpha 45.
Plz help. I have tried everything i can thing of.
