No, so in every language the same problems appear...
EDIT: So you suggest tons of forums? This gets messy.
If you don't speak English that well, it doesn't really matter. There are enough people wo don't... no problem

No it's not a good idea, sorry.

But if we would do that we would split the community.
It's not a real problem if you aren't good in english, most of the time we do get what you want to say.
And you still have the possibilty to talk to someone in your own language using the Private Message system.
Besides it's a good way to learn a bit of english.

Another problem is that the moderators/administrators cannot speak every language in the world, so at the moment at least, it's not something we plan to do. Maybe in the future if we get really big and have a load of multi-lingual moderators.

Actually, this forum was once going to become a part of tt-forums. In the end, due to lack of time, we never finalised that, though.

Disadvantages:
* You need moderators competent in those languages. This will certainly mean adding new moderators, which implies finding members speaking that language that you can trust.
* You need to clearly define the rules for adding a new language. If you give a forum in one language, speakers of another will want to know "Why can't we have one too?"
Both of these raises the following hypothetical situation (does not reflect reality in any way, choices are arbitrary):
Let's say the Dutch speakers want a new forum. We find some of the current moderators can understand Dutch, and that we have a trustworthy Dutch userbase, so Owen fingers a couple for promotion, and voila - the Dutch forum is open for business. Then suppose some of the Poles want a Polish forum. We might have one moderator that understands Polish, and a large number of Polish users, but they've built a reputation of being disruptive and troll-like, and you can't find enough members in there that you could trust to look after it, so there's no Polish forum. The Poles get a bit angry and start wondering why the Dutch can have a forum and teh Poles can't. Then let's say the Germans get fussy because their forum is getting full, and needs to be divided into two. The Dutch would be jealous because they've only got one, and the Poles would be incensed - first we don't get a forum, then the Germans get *two*!
Basically, it's not worth starting to think about extra sections for different languages, since it's an industrial-size can of Tesco Value worms.

No i dont think its a good idea..
If you want to be serious in using the Interweb you shouldnt stick to sites in your own language, learn yourself english, its not that hard..
Besides, most forums have just one language because it works best. You would split up the community and make the forum _way_ to impersonal with a zillion forums.
