Is there anyway to increase the number of stations allowed per town as In a multiplayer game me and a friend have reached the maximum allowed stations and we need to build more but cant.

I think, admins, develops and other wrote it heres many times, anyway there is no limit for stations per town, there is only limit for station names, so rename one and you should be able to build other.

I just tried that and even after a year I cannot build another station.

What is the *exact* error message you are getting - that may help a bit more .

i have the same problem
The exact error message is
"Can't build station build station here....
Too many stations/loading areas"

Thats the one.

The problem isnt the number of stations, its the amount of available names. Just rename a station with a default name to something else, that should do the trick.
Just like in TTD

Download the latest nightly and any game limits on number of stations are history. Current limit is 64K.
