Behold the world's first flying tile! All come and see this wonder of the earth :D

note: this is a ttdpatch savegame, opened in a geniune ttdpatch game without any modifications to any source or savegame.

Is that one of the planeset helicopters? Supposedly the rotor can become anything as well, so you have spinning whatnot on top of your helicopter.

That's exactly what happens with my chopters, approximately since the resolution switches were inserted. I tried to explain it a dozen times.

No, this is a simple game without any newgrf things. Just your plain old standard modern chopper (camouflaged :P )

Patchman said he fixed it in a42, and I have not managed to duplicate the problem since[0]. Do either of you (Andrex, Darkvater) have saves, or better yet, can you give a reliable method of reproducing the problem?

[0] Admittedly, I haven't tried very hard.

I've had this bug too, in my case it cycles through all the graphics, in black and white. Quite funny to see a huge ship rotating on top of a tiny chopper. I can post the save game if anyone wants to see it.

Had the same problem as well, but only in this one savegame, never in any other...

there are actually two such helicopters there. and whooever made that network isnt very good at it, he should read the signalling guide...

But isnt it about time to let this die away.... Unless the patchteam is nglecting the issue.

The New York City game is really old - dating back to before 2000. There weren't that many railway guides around then. ;) And he does admit that it's a bad network - see the entry on the Repository.

i had that very same problem. i cant remember where i poste about it, but it was mainly my helicopter rotor. it wasnt there. instead it was replaced by EVERY graphic on th game! but the odd thing was, that it happened with a few different copters, and some none atall :?
