Im attatching my savegame and it has a bit long main line...but i dont know how i should fix a way how they dont have to ride down the whole main line to get at there loading platform again :s

Here is your basic solution... can be done more efficient though (you should figure that out on your own).
It all comes down to usage of bridges/tunnels.
