Setting up (delivery) routes

Hello all - my first post here.
It's not my first time playing TTD though. I spent months in front of this game when I was younger - like 12 - 14 y/o or something. Today I'm ten years older and I've just stumbled upon the TTD carton again and couldn't resist trying it out - and I'm just as hooked again as I was back then !

I have one question though - I tried searching but I couldn't find any help.

On quite a few routes I want, or NEED, many vehicles going to the same destinations, performing the same actions (loading - unloading). I have a distant memory of there being some way to assign a route to ONE of the vehicles and then have that route copied to the rest of the trucks (or whatever) - I just can't remember how.

Am I right about this or do I need to assign the same routes several times to every vehicle manually ?

Many thanks for any help and for your time !

Well, you can copy and share orders
Copy: open the order window of your new train and just click on the train you want to copy
Share: the same but hold down ctrl key

Well it used to be like this, I hope it still is
