Stations don't accept any cargo

Hello. First, I'd like to say I've used search etc, but didn't found anything.
So I've got new comp (win XP pro) and I downloaded TTD and patch (stable version - 2.0). I've also downloaded some custom vehicles.

Anyway, I didn't have any vehicle on my list (figured it, just wondering why they all are enabled in 1934, not in 1927...)
So now I have vehicles, year 1950 as starting year and there is no cargo on ANY station (nota bene I'm playing TT for a few years...)

So... how can I fix that bug with stations?

That's no bug, it's the selectgoods switch. Here you can find how to use it and why it's useful.

I've almost forgot about changing the .cfg :) Thank you soo much!

So I shall send a bus to busstation and then passengers will wait there?

Yes, exactly. And if you don't want to transport some cargo, all you need to do is not to send anything that can pick up that type.

And my last question: Do you use it?

Yes, I do. It's one of the simplest, but greatest features of the Patch. If you happen to have a coal mine near to a town, dumb passengers won't crowd in there and wait for a never-arriving passenger train, for example. Or you can have separate "in" and "out" stations around a steel mill, where steel appears only in "out" stations where it's actually picked up. The only drawback is that the first round of your vehicle won't generate profit because cargo starts appearing later, but this is a small problem compared to the "dumb cargo appears everywhere" problem.

Yeah, that's good idea. I think I'll use that. Thanks for help!
