I really really love the game but I have a big (or should I say in this case small?) problem because no city gets a population of 2.000 residents.

Look at these screenshots, I built streets for the town to expand but almost no new houses were built and the game is in the year 2004 now. Some cities went bigger but then became small again.

Now when you mention this- i just have finished game (1950-2050) using SVN version and none of my cities is bigger than 2000. But i thought it's my fault.It look's a bit strange - population of city goes to 1500 and then falls back to ~1000 .

There is a patch on SF for bigger city growth.

Where did you get those roads? *drool*
