This looks as good as locomotion, but i hope the gameplay will still be as good as OTTD.
If i need a 4 Ghz processor and 2 GB of memory for it. I'd get it first thing , if this gets out.

It's realy awesome. This would bring another 10 years of transporting for me, that's for sure. Fantastic stuff

huh humm. sorry. I'm allrighty now. honest

No there isn't? Without overclocking the maximum number of Ghz is 3.8 by a "Intel Pentium 4 570J (S775, 3,8GHz, 800MHz FSB, 1MB, NX, Boxed)" :)

Crazy Vaclav : Really Nice Model's. For the Propellers could they be animated? i scribbled up example. (needs speeding up). The mock up of the game with the new graphics is pretty motivating. Have to do more of them as it comes along. hope you dont mind the image being nicked.

I think you have to ask someone else than me about that. Of course, I can animate them, but I think someone will also need to code it. And I don't know anything about that.

Crazy Vaclav : yeah, needs to be programed. Theres 4 images in the rotation. for the still image having blured darker regions may still look ok.

These are 3 trains iver resently done (in max...wrong thread and all but meh), Euro star, tgv and maglev. textures will need redoing in blender i suspect.

 I wish I also had more time to do creative 3D work like this - especially when I see these amazing 3D meshes you - you all - did and still do!

Because I couldn't sleep I just looked a little bit around and because I read somewhere that the "chaotic" manner in which things are organized and distributed is sometimes problematic I decided to pick up at least all the models that have been posted here in this thread. Red*Star - thats cool, could that just get stuck on the wiki site for quickly adding to?. Theres some models floating round in other tt-forum pages, thats ive seen/stuck stuff in.

I noticed today while grabbing random new graphics and making a mock up new world, that theres tonnes of stuff that isnt listed on the wiki grf site at the moment, or that i cant find. the new track peices, mono rail and mag lev, bridges, railway crossings etc. little less obvious things but more commonly used. Fences hedges etc.

maybe there should be a texture area for people to stick stuff in. (seeing as many textures need to be the same, ground colours etc)...

please correct me if im just not looking hard enough and this stuff is already around

Looks like that we definitely have enough stuff for basic testing replacements (at least 1 of each element). And when I see these breathtaking trains from Ben and Vaclac, making some very early support becomes urgent.

Can you give us independant renders so they can be put into the wiki more easily? (about the same size as Vaclav's renderings on the wiki)

I take it the Maglev will be the "Lev4 'Chimaera' (Electric)" replacement?

yes but if we are going to have the monorail still be magnetic and as posted it is a monorail maglev like the current monorails where as the chimera is a japanesse style u trac that runs on the ground.
