No, the snow on the railtrack is a normal OpenTTD bug, I think, and was always there. The anomaly I was speaking of was accidentally created by myself.

And the train does go through several stations because it's not just one single line from gold mine to bank. Everything is in a network, and connected together. The train has to go through several stations, but it has only two 'non-stop go-to' stations.

Anyway, here's my whole network shown on a big map. It still takes up only about 1/4 of the map.

in what year did you start?

1950. Yep, took me that long. :D I used to standard vehicle sets, so there was not much point in starting earlier.

The only anomaly I can spot is that your cash total fluctuates wildly. And is very low.

*gives biscuit*

Yes, you're right that it does fluctuate. (The one with the train going uphill was taken AFTER the supposed second last screenshot). But it only fluctuates 'wildly' if you look at it in the wrong order (so please note the dates).

But I've only played 90 years (on one map) and my company already made ~ €7,000,000,000.- (hardest settings so that aint it) so you haven't made much money then

EDIT: ah the settings aren't to hard, construction costs = low  , and I presume you've played ff didn't you?

What's ff?

If you're interested, here are screenshots of the settings I used, and my financial statistics (but notice that they are much older than the 2084 statistics). I turned vehicle breakdowns to 'off' from 'normal' after 2000, because I was too lazy to switch to monorail and everything was breaking down every 15 seconds. Oh the noise...!

If anyone wants my save game, just post your e-mail, because I'm having trouble uploading it here.

ff is fast forward (sorry didn't know that expression wasn't worldwide  )

and I like to have a save game and scenario (if it's possible) e-mail adres is in my profile

Oh I've got the details to (I'm so proud of the details, so you may already have seen them :D )

In OpenTTD, how much euros in one pound?

You've played it on very flat, dodo, while I did it on mountainous. You know, I had to use the £10 million cheat once because everything got in the way, and I spent half of my inital money on making sure that everything was nice and level (which it still isn't - trains go uphill and downhill all the time).

With my current number of trains and aeroplanes, I'm lucky if I can get £55 million per year (hmm, is that 110 million euros per year...?)

Ok, enough of this. ;P I'm going to send my save game, with the required GRFs, now.

It isn't flat terrain (downloaded an 1024*1024 map), the settings are like this because I've never changed them. I've also seen the settings: breakdown and vehicle running costs have been on it's highest for the first 50 years, but they change if you go and do a multiplay map (haven't seen that at that time. oh and white rabbit you don't have the economy fluctuating (there were few years I didn't have that on to and then my company made 200 million per year)

Here's the savegame

EDIT: watch out with going over the HQ island because now the game shuts itself down if you do this (didn't before, I don't know why it does now   )
oh and it hasn't got any effect on your pc, it just is VERY anoying

I've sent an e-mail regarding your save game, dodo.

Here are some more of my screenshots and focuses on the big picture rather than on any single vehicle.

Thanks for your comments. :)

Here's my latest one. An aeroplane crashed at this airport, and a few minutes later, this happened. I am so grateful for the international airport! :D
