All these have been proposed again.

I want to say a few words about the last one: "conveyor belts". I am fed up carrying coal to power stations with trains. Usually power stations are near coal mines, and conveyor belts are used. Conveyor belts and pipes (for natural gas and oil) are a modern form of transportation (pipes go over very long distances) that is missing from OpenTTD. Priority 1 to my opinion.
