It certainly would Jim, i can imagine the graphics work now though artists would be cursing long into the night

Question. What's "ludicrously high passenger carriage capacities with visible hangers-on"?
Is that for the graphics people to put people 'hanging on' the outside of the
passenger wagons?
Yes, that is exactly right. And you can fit 200 people in (on) each carriage.
Interesting India

Say Guys;
My latest scenario "
Interesting India" is about 50% complete.
Does anyone know about and what type of industries are produced there and where?
Maybe we have TTD members from India. If so, please contact me, OK?
Always,
Jim Powers

Dear Sir,
I have found some links to maps of India wich might be of interest to you.
Here you have some links to diverse maps of India.
Not all links work though.
Some other industry maps can be found
here, and
here.
Greetings,
Rob Claessen

I think India would be well-suited to using New-Industries functions. That would probably be part of any eventual Indian Railways set.
Interesting India Industries

Mr. Rob Claessen;
Thank you for taking time to find these maps. They are very helpful, Sir.
Mr. Krtaylor, you're right about New-Industries functions. So, I need to go to GUI
in this "Interesting India" scenario, and switch to the Japanese
Buildings and keep the US Set, correct?

Jim Powers
Awesome Buildings

Mr. Krtaylor;
Awesome animated buildings, Ol' Buddy! I didn't know you added to the building list.
Man, you've got to launch The Japanese Outfit, Big Guy.
I switched to the JP Buildings, in GUI, my "
Interesting India" scenario.
Here is Delhi/New Delhi. I just wish the TTD members could see the amazing animated
signs, etc. of these Asian buildings!
Always,
Jim Powers

Jim, the overgrown cities of the Japan buildings set is a bug, and won't be present in the final version. But you can see how it **would** work in an eventual Indian set.
And the Japanset would have been released long ago, but for the notorious shortage of qualified coders.

Jim, i dont know if this will interest you or not but i was riding on the St.Erth-St.Ives line in Cornwall the other day, and it really is a nice view, and it maybe an interesting scenario.
Heres a couple of pics of Carbis-bay below if you are interested

Mr. Geo.c Ghost;
Thanks my Friend, I'll keep it in mind. Hey, BTW, where are some of those beautiful
night scenes you are so good at making? I'm one of your many fans, you know.

Whoo, with a HQ like that, I'm shocked you have any room for the rest of your network!
Breathtaking grounds though, I imagine you could spend days roaming around them and still not see all there is to see

More Jim's Art?

Mr. Raichase, and
Mr. Geo.c Ghost;
I appreciate your comments. I have some Transport Tycoon Deluxe "Art"
which I used to sit around creating in the Editor, before Mr. Josef Drexler's
patch changed all that. Here's another pic from the collection I saved.
Mr. Geo.c Ghost, you're good at stuff like this, I bet. Why not try some "art",
my Friend, and you too, Mr. Raichase, though you have your hands full in
the graphic dept.
Always,
Jim Powers

Jim, thats awesome! I think it would be rather amusing to do such a thing, but take it further and make a map out of it, complete with cities/towns and industry

.
Then the world truely would be a work of art

.

Ah, im no good at making maps. they bore me a litle sometimes when im making specific ones to a certain design. Some times its ok, but other times i mess up and it goes a bit... well A LOT wrong actually
But yea, i could give it a try!
Wow! more gardens. Glad i dont work for the lawn-cutting company there!
By the time you've finished, you would have to start again!
Good Idea!

Mr. Raichase;
Now, Big Guy, you've given me a good idea! I've already started making
another "art" creation, this week, so now I'll make some cool cities in which
all the surrounding areas will have artistic terrain. Maybe we'll call it something
like "TTD's Garden Grandier".
With the new features making it so that you can control pretty much what you
want to make, and not have roads running everywhere, etc. , as well as trees
running amok. Great Idea!
Another pic from my Winter Art collection.

That art.... I can't believe it can be done with TTD

.
Also, I finally got around to sharing a picture of *my* HQ with you Jim

. It may not measure up to yours in terms of total land owned, but it's quite nice on Pirates Island, and watching the ships go by keeps me busy when I'm not working (and, to be honest, when you are a tycoon, who really works).
