ah great I just read the new vehicle properties and now we can overide the engine!
Eg we can now use the nice red 1600 for good trains.
There is also a new drag property, but I have no idea how to implend it. I think all dutch pasenger trains don't have a lot of air resistance. Eg maybe the double deckers a bit more, and the ice3 a bit less as the other pasengers trains. (ohw come to think of it the double decker with the 1700 in front instead of the mDDM could have a bunch more air resistance)
Ah well again some nice new code to play with

BTW: I noticed in the grfs in TTD that all rear ends of dual headed trains, have white lights, in stead of red lights. That need to be changed too.

Ehmmmm.... I'm afraid that all sprites have the same length, so if the Koploper has too short cars..... ehmmmmm.... probably all trains have.

I've drawn some mail vans for passenger trains. I only drew them for trains which could be at least '3 long'. (So no CityPendel, Buffel, Railhopper). And I drew a Mail Wadloper Railbus (DH-1).
Hopefully they are good enough

ah tres bien,
have you looked at your koploper and seen what I meant?
I shall try to include the mail vans for the koploper.
Bastiaan do you want mailvans for the mat64 too? if soo you have to draw them

I have good news and bad news, which one do you want to read the first? The bad news I guess.
THE BAD NEWS:
I've been so stupid
First: I draw the NS 1100 and NS 2200
Second: I take a look at the NS Infosheet and see that someone else is working on them
But I'll post them anyway, they might be better
THE GOOD NEWS:
I've drawn the NS 6200 (Yeah it's a steam engine!)
And because we need some coaches to fit with this engine, I've drawn some coaches too!

I like them all very much, only have one question: I thought the 2200 had two windows at the rear end...

Ehmmm... could be, but I had only 1 pic when drawing the 2200 and I couldn't see the back. So you're probably right.

Right I won't be here much for the comming day's. I have to finish a report for school the next 2-3 weeks. And the progres is realy realy slow atm. So I won't do any nfo-ing (yes it wil go even slower now

).
I am realy sory for that I already hated it that I am such a slow coder (well the coding goes fast enough, but finding time for it doesn't)
Btw I like the steam engine, it still needs some work, but Knowing hyronymus he will tell you what

. I have no clue in what state the 2200 is atm ( the other one that is) I have seen a brown version alsready, but you made the first grey yelow one.
Oh and I have a feeling the set is only slowed down now by the coders and the lack of old trains? Or am I mistaken in that?

Well, if you don't have much time because of school... it's not your fault.

Nothing about the 1100 ???
broodje wrote:Oh and I have a feeling the set is only slowed down now by the coders and the lack of old trains? Or am I mistaken in that?
No, you aren't mistaken. There are lots of graphics waiting to be coded and we could really use another coder.
And the lack of old trains... we have the 6200 now! It isn't that difficult to draw some old trains. But why don't you mention any new train, since we don't have any trains after "2004-ish"?

EDIT: BTW: Someone mentioned that the old sprinter (SGM 2800 or something) has only two doors in the middle coach, I have to remove this door, help me remind that because I think I forget this.

Because I feel it is an hot item, and I don't want to stir up al kinds of fights

.
Ehm about the 1100, ehm ehh
ok looked at a picture now. Maybe the yellow bar should be longer? eg the doors a bit smaller. It looks nice and chunky (gee what is the 1100 an ugly train

)
Btw if the would be a version with nose it would never fit (it would become to large) And on top of that the 1300 should look at least a bit bigger as the 1100, so maybe you should shop off 2 pixels?
Just a suggestion, I'm not at all clear about this. As I said before hyronymus is much better in bringing bad news
Oh wait about the wagon, I would have to see it ingame, but I wonder if the windows are still visible ingame as windows, and not as a grey bar.
and one more suggestion about those cars. Maybe the last wagon could get a little brakers cabin? it is codable, but would it be visible ingame?

I don't have much time for coding either these days. I've got a test this thursday, finish 2 reports and improve 2 others this and next week and exams after that. If anyone wnats to help with coding, apply now

!
The 1100 is nice, but I don't really understand how you failed to see that there was already one there (albeit not in 'huisstijl'). I don't feel like scrutinizing yours and mine now. I've had a busy day, look for a test report tomorrow. The 2200 was also under construction by me but I didn't get really far with it, it has a nasty shape. Last but not least: the 6200 looks nice. I hope we're gonna include it in the set.

Mwah Purno! I'm really impressed! Your 1100, 2200 and 6200 are so beautiful!
