I really like all the different traffic on the motorway, that looks really good. Your railway network also seems to be a pleasent mix of realism (so poor Raichase here can understand it), and function.
What year are you in now?
Hehe, Thanks for the compliments.
I'm in year 2000 or so, but I had to cheat backwards a few time because I just lost too much time building those motorways, and I missed most of the nice trains and vehicles. I was thinking about cheating back to 1970 or so, and do a vehicle reset also, that would make it much more interesting.

The Irish - thats what I do too, in the beginning of the game. I'll go from 1921-1930 setting up my network, then cheat backwards. I like to be able to *use* the early express steamers and electric trains from the DB Set. Seems such a shame to miss those great options, simply because I don't have any money at the start of the game

Since the goal of the scenario is how you manage to rout all trains through the middle, please how us THE junction as well

Fair enough. Before and after. And in between.
My inital design wasn't working too well with PBS, the tunnels in the middle weren't being used properly. I didn't want to pause build, so first I had to make a temporary route around the outside the junction area. Within a couple of seconds of switching over the entire thing was clogged, but I was able to unclog it by adding some more signals on the junctions.
The end result is a fast round about in the middle. It current bridges over a pointless circle of track, but that will later be another lane of the system and I just did the hard bit first. It doesn't need the other one yet though.
Edit: Fixing attachments

It's only fair, that I show you my junction, then...
Mind you, I had to break one rule in the scenario, namely, that I did demolish the lighthouses, to enable building a 4-track mainline crossing. That means that the junction is a 4x4 everywhere-to-everywhere junction, with lane changers outside the junction.
I was proud of the design, when I did this, but as you can see, this was constructed prior to PBS, and is under reconstruction, on the outer areas. PBS did not make it's way inside the junction block yet.
Actually, with PBS, I'm quite convinced, I could just simply build a perpendicular all-to-all crossing, and the trains could find their way all right.

ok guys, some more of the pics that I couldn't post anymore yesterday.
This is the Entrance/Exit in Pisnice. It is mainly used by a couple of Buses to Pisnice. As you can see, wood has become the dominant cargo transported on this route here.

At the Studolky exit, Most of the Grain and Livestock trucks are leaving the Motorway and take of to the left towards the factory nearby. Between here and Motol, it is probably the busiest stretch on the motorway, and it seams that already there can be some traffic jams becaust the vehicles can not always overtake.
Also here, the Express Bus Ltd. is active and have a number of Ikarbuses going to different other villages.

In the Nord East, the current end of the motorway is Hlboutin.
As you can see, one of my sister company is busy hauling the goods from the sawmill seen before to this place.

Last for now...
Nice shot from the the way going trough the vast fields near Horomerice.
This is probably the longest stretch without corners or junctions and allows the vehicles nicely to overtake without problems.
It seams that the motorway users still have to get used how to drive properly on those new things, so some training is required. Maybe it has something to do with this "Eis_Os" signalling thing... We might have to give them a hint...

got some news pics, including a favorite to everyone - A Nighty Pic!
SCR156.jpg: Just outside Inverly Market, and next to the main station, Inverly Market East, Is the Maglev Storing sidings.
SCR157.jpg: After a lot of work, Tranquil City Centre was FINALLY Re-vampt, and what a result! Months of hard work payed off!
SCR158.jpg: Praston Station had a similer arangment to Tranquil City Centre, except there were 2 different maglev, and Railway lines. The Main Over-roof was made to accomidate both the Main Railway line, and the Maglev line.

next 3:
SCR159.jpg: The Mega Steel insustry still runs.
Iron Ore is imported in primaraly by plane to the two main steel mills. Theres so many planes going back and forth all the time, 3 seperate airports have to be contructed. Some Steel is loaded into sealed Trains, hence why some are just train cars!
SCR160.jpg: The thousands of tones of steel is transported to these factories. Also Many trains for 6 near-by farms come in fully loaded. 100's of trains load up and trasport goods COMPLETLY across the map from here.
SCR161.jpg: One of the MAJOR problems after leaving the factory, is linking up with the main line. Because of the limited space, and incoming coal, and passenger trains, this junction seems to be the best working one!

The company started late, the rolling stock is expensive and the manager was already in retirement
So not the best start for a small cargo orientated Company, but the lines make profit, so a photograph for the yearly report could be hired:
We start at Printbridge Woods, it's the first line started by the Company,
not far away we arrive in Valley, and have the Printbridge Sawmills,
(you should really try the products, when we soon offer transportation service in your city aswell!)
- snap see next post or continue to read -
With a Goods train we now leave the Sawmill and pass Printbridge Station, a small Village, but because of unknow reasons they have a big station only for local traffic.
We arrive Kinnway Mines, our biggest Company Station. See the next pages for our good company performance results, the best way to invest your money is at Printbrigde Transports today!
----
Don't wonder why Printbridge Mines is called so, because the signpost painter was a bit tiddly.

last load!
SCR162.jpg: The most effient junction on the game. This huge junction has carried 9 trains at once at some point. The Maglevs arnt in a massive supply so a very basic, but very efficent 'Round About' junction has been made.
SCR163.jpg: Sarham Oilfield is very Productive. When found, it was decided to make an 'in water' oilfielf for more efficient production. A tricky prosses, but yet again, more goods vehicles take goods to near, and far towns and cities.
SCR152-Night.jpg: Yes! Another Nightly is here!
Not brillient, just a small one to keep the fans happy!

Weirdy, that would be the non-retangular stations that are in the screenies if you look closely
