(So much things todo

)

Hmm, I was a bit vague, there a lot graphic glitches you can't see on the screenshot.
(This is a hack and can't be added to TTDPatch [yet], so don't ask for a release...)

Looks fun

But too bad for the glitches and the fact that it can't be added
Trams: need realistic locos

In the game only the Manley Morel DMU (diesel) is like a tram.
I once did an experimental scenario where tracks ran down the centre of city streets. I used the Manley it was ok, but a curiosity not a big money spinner. But now with catanary and electric locos hmmm.

off-course, why does anyone want special trams, if you replace the roads with tracks and run a train, it's just like a tram

One suggestion ( but not easy ) :
- Uderground stantions .

No way, surely ...
---------------------------------
I don't replace railtracks with road, I allowed train cars to
use roads.
The very big problem is, trains can't pass rail / road crossings on a road.
And only one train can run on the road,
because there aren't any signals on it ...
Train can enter the tracks at road endings like you see on the screenshot (the rail depot)

Another idea :
- One side roads ( pre-Autobahn )

What's the use of that... if a truck has to go a certain way, it'll always have to go back to get more goods, right?

I think he means so that we can have highways, with one road (going north) on one side, and another road (going south) on the other side, so that each direction has 2 lanes. I think it's impossible, but I'm sure the patch makers can confirm my opinion or deny it

Real trams, with tracks and signals, would be very helpful and cool. This letting trains run on roads the way they are is an interesting curiosity, but I don't think it would really add to the game. You wouldn't have any control over WHICH roads they would run on, they'd wander all around like the busses do.
The two-lane road idea, which we could call "boulevards", seems like an interesting one. Kind of like the desire for highways, which can't be done, but a good compromise. You'd have to use care in building them but if properly done, they'd be very nice.

Sure, but they will try to reach the best way if you give them orders.
Currently I have add this to my experimental version for fun
And I play with it

Hmm, TTD doesn't really know one-ways, (think about one-way signals, the way finding routine doesn't know such things). And Roadvehicles are stupid enougth so they could never find the entrace of the other road.

...trains running on roads? That would only make the game look silly, methinks =D

When you build your in - city stations like this you have a underground, but not usefull for big stations.

You need to catch up on the latest alpha, GoneWacko (it's in alpha 48 from Josef's site).
How can you ignore the possibility of multiple-level stations?
