I use the IN instead of nightly because there some features that i like to see in "official" trunk, for example the realistic speed of aircraft, the queuing, terragen, and some minor details.
If is possibile, why don't put the new realistic physics into IN?

@ richk67 ... i'm using the IN ! And only the IN! Great features. And if PBS is integrated, many other would use it too.
PBS is important!

I tend to play nightly, cos i like network games. If there was to be an Integrated server however then things might change.

somewhere one of the pachts breaks something there i think.
If I try to run a IN server it won`t show up on the server list.
But I can run 0.4.0.1 and 0.4.5 and ANY of the nightlys fine.

Hi!
Me and my friends play the IN
We think it is great!
Thanks a lot!
By the way, will it someday be released so we can use it with the new 4.0.5??
Best regards Xaykev

That's meaningless. The integrated nightly is a patched nightly build, not the stable release.

Well, I could download the 0.4.5 source code, and patch that - but it would be the 0.4.5 Integrated release, not the Integrated Nightly.
Its actually not too bad an idea though. So I may do that as the next Integrated.

Maybe You should call fo vote:
Q: do You use Integrated Nightly
and 2 answers :
Yes / No
I, personally, like it very much, use IN for playing single player. For multiplayer it's impossible (lack of IN servers :/ )

i have a problem with multiplayer with lates IN....
I established a LAN game and I played with my friend with no problems. I saved it and next day my friend cant connect to the game, because it say: SERVER IS FULL! But there is only my and his company and have set max number of players 10 a max number of spectators 8.
there is my network settings in openttd.cfg:
max_join_time = 2000
pause_on_join = true
server_bind_ip = 0.0.0.0
server_port = 3979
server_advertise = false
lan_internet = 0
player_name = AjaX
server_password =
rcon_password =
server_name = Ajax
connect_to_ip = 5.15.255.56
network_id = 9d2c119f7923229e3b543c4f34cdfbf9
autoclean_companies = false
autoclean_unprotected = 12
autoclean_protected = 36
restart_game_date = 0
pause_on_no_clients = false
CAN SOMEONE HELPS ME? THX VERY MUCH
(thats not problem of my PC or firewall etc, because i send the save to my friend a when he load the game as multiplayer i cant connect too with same problem)

it always sends the game to a connecting player and you can`t stop it.
BTW: Windows fire wall blocks OTTD even for LAN (for me at least). THat MIGHT be the problem if your useing windows.

You can try playing it over the internet instead over the LAN.

Looks like "officel" 0.4.5 has finally been released and it already doesn't have any cool patches included.
Long live integrated nightly!

I'v got the same Problem as tyfussis.
But in my case, this happens at(on) first connect try.

This is realy bad, because i realy realy like the IN, and wanted to play with my broster and my dad over the net.
We tried both, Internet and Lan game, dont work

Strange...
Maybe all it needs is to update the integrated to the latest build - 0.4.5 has some new network options and possibly improved network code...

Have you checked out the new TerraGenesis Perlin patch (see Dev forum). Now gives really really nice terrains.

Yes, I have and I like it a lot.
Too bad none of the patches of IN were included in 0.4.5, not even the path-based signalling - I don't know what went wrong there...or maybe just developers don't find our effort worth any bother...
I have PM-ed Darkvater....processing....

There's this thing called a "feature freeze". Ever heard of one?
It's when the devs stop adding features so they can bugfix the ones they already have. And since no one was bugfixing PBS, they removed it and
its bugs.
