It was edited, not a patch or NewGRF.

Do you mean that it was edited with Photoshop or something like this? Is it allowed? I think if it is edited than it is not screenshoot anymore.

Yes, it was created using image editing software, and yes that is permitted in the rules. Otherwise, ISA wouldn't have been qualified to win this last round ;-)

800x600 doesn't leave much room for a photo inset. Would it be acceptable to have two 800x600 images ... One for the submission and one for the photo/image it was based upon?
Why two? 800x1200 or 1600x600 might be a bit large.

Yes, two images of 800x600 are acceptable, since the photos of real life places are not what will be judged. There's a different contest existing for those ;)

If kamnet say so You can add the second picture :) I was thinking little shot to some corner or something and that You may add it, but if You dont want, You dont have to!

What I sent to kamnet was something like that.
As there is a always way to "cheat" and come something up in You head the real players also may post (not must, own choice) the little real life shot from that place on the TTD shot (that aint probably too hard too add for us screenshoters).

I've got a pretty great picture for this month's theme, who do I send it to?
I know it's written in the contest rules but it doesn't say who it is. kamnet?

If real life permits me, I'll make a screenshot too, but likely not before Sunday...

I don't see a problem extending the deadline until 0000 GMT Monday March 31. It's my birthday and I'll be taking a day off work anyhow.

You should go to work so that your co-workers can buy you a cake. 8) Just be sure to check that the red candles don't have a "Made in Sweden" label.

In my job, I don't work in an office with other people, I'm on the road. But my wife is baking me a cake on Sunday and on Monday I'm going to watch my oldest son perform as part of the opening act for a jazz band show. His first non-school gig.
