Okay, if you try to google "road train" you will find pictures of the Australian road trains which are not trams. They are trucks with 3-4 trailers* which they use down there. That's why I though you maybe was referring to articulated trucks.

* possible even more, I don't know what the limit is down there. In the EU the maximum length is 18,75 meters except for Sweden/Finland where the limit is 25,5 meters which is still less than Australia.

I have noticed in Beta 3 that the city airport is not available until much later and indeed if you have jets you will lose many in crashes. In previous versions the city airport was available before or at the same time that the first jet aircraft was available.
