I think you activated the railcrossings built into the DBSet, and it overrides the euroroadset.
Use "DBSETXL(W).GRF 1"

i guess you're right folks.

i have a suggestion: you might want to make the 'not-city'-roads with them little bike-sides (you know, the pastel-red ones) since they aren't highways but 'provinciale wegen'... it's only an option though, i'll try to see if i have a picture of it.

Don't know how things work over there, but we have those only in the cities. I also think it might be overkill ;)

that's why it'll only apply on the outside-of-town-roads, not on all roads. we don't have them on all roads here as well.

now that we're talking aboot it, we should make rotondes to slow down car traffic!

Unfortunately, it would have to go on all out-of-town roads, which is why I said it would be overkill.

hmm, you do have a point there. :?

It's overkill indeed, so bad it will affect your eyes because of the colour. It would also be such a small strip that it's hardly worth the effort.

I felt bored this afternoon (maybe because I don't feel so well) so I fixed the only known error in the roadset and added something new:
  • - Added bridge pilars
    - Added Purno's road reconstruction sprites
Have fun!

You mean my flashing lights at road works? Because I don't see any flashing lights.

They do flash in my version. You should try to reset the graphics if you use them in an existing game. Did the trick for me!

Nope. I started a new game. I don't know what the reset graphics cheat was but I tried "Cht: Graphics" (didn't work). I see no flashing lights when funding road reconstruction. :?

Long time no news.

Just a thought: will the roadset contain any new bridge graphics? 'cause the European roadset is the best roadset, but all the old bridges are ugly, but any new bridges are overwriten - or don't support the asphalt of the European roadset.

The latter is more the case: I can easily modify new bridges to support 'my roads' but I haven't got a request to do so (Oskar did but we all now what happened to his bridges). If you have specific bridges in mind, try asking permission from the creator and I'll add them!

actually, I don't know what hapenned to oskar's bridges.

But whatever. I have another question: is it possible to change ONLY the road bridges, and leave the raiway bridges unatanded, or will the be changed as well?

Can be done if I'm right. I'll have to look into the grf-file to be sure though.

Because I think that there is another conflict with the electrified railway.

Ok, I have looked around and found some interesting bridges by:

NorfolkSouthern_37
Bernhard
SAC
and of course:
Purno

I think you already have Purno's permission, I'll see if I can get the rest.
