Well, I'll make it ASAP. Can't promise how long it'll take.
No worries, thank you :)

I'm done. I did not change monorail or maglev as you dont use them. I've sent you a PM with the grf as I don't think I am allowed to post it here. :)

Edit: Oh, and I haven't done the old (dirt) roads yet.

v0.2 is done, I've sent it. All the sub-arctic tiles are gone except for the maglev and monorail for the new roads. :)

You're a diamond, thanks. I shall reward you with some far more appetising screenshots :)

Awesome! Looking forward to it! :D

Edit: There will be a v0.3 too, which replaces the tramway tiles as well. And I'll also make a grf for BK tunnel set. :)

Edit2: The tramways are drawn by OpenTTD, so it is impossible to change them. Sorry. :(

Not at all, you have already done more than enough :D Anyway three more screenshots, this time dedicated to Benny.

1. The town of Artz, sitting on the banks of Lake Luzern, is the termination of the SBB network (as i ran out of map  ). Here, a double headed mainline train heads for Milano, with destinations such as the Gotthard Base Tunnel and Lake Ticino on its route. Also in the background, a newly constructed Oil Refinery is served by an oil tanker from Italy.
2. Further west, the moutainous resort of Saarnen is a busy area for trainspotters, here showing two Golden Pass trains converging, with one heading North-West towards Interlaken, and the other heading west towards Montreux along the tracks of the MOB.
3. On the border of Canton Graubunden (CH) and Italy, the high Bernina Pass is ascended by the RhB Bernina line trains that run between Tirano and Samedan.

Beautiful shots, and now they are even better! :D
I love it how the lines go through the landscape. You are the only person that I have ever seen to make 2x45 degree turns look nice.

Edit: I've sent BK tunnels now. :)

I've got some new grfs for you, Jake. :)
Look in your PM inbox for Generic buffers and BK tunnels (working version) with temperate tiles instead of arctic ones.

I am sorry, but it seems that BK tunnels are bugging still... :(

It isn't the end of the world, i can still just use the default tunnel entrances. On an OT note, do you know of any other decent tunnel sets ?

Right, a bit of something completely different now, something that isn't fictional. At the beginning of August, i am holiday-ing in Crans-Montana, and as various members of my family refuse to fly, we are driving. I decided to show our journey through screenshots, as it would showcase some more areas of this and my other scenarios;

1. The journey begins in Taunton. As i could not find a GRF for a Vauxhall Insignia, i had to downgrade to the Corsa. Journey begins at 0400.
2. As i have not re-created the A303 on here, we will have to take the M5 and then M4 towards London. Here, we are seen just passing Bristol, before the junction with the M4. Approximately time is 0445.
3. We continue our merry way along the M4, here passing Reading. As it is still quite early, 0620, traffic is very quiet, although now we must brave first he M25, and then the M20 towards Dover.

Edit: Crap, I just realized that this, is is a kind of a story. And I posted right in the middle of it.. I beg your pardon and I'm looking forward to read it when it's done. :)

4. We finally arrive at Dover at 0815, just in time to be checked for our 0900 sailing about the CARLINE service to Calais. This sailing seems to be a very popular one, judging by the packed lanes waiting to board the ferry.
5. After a crossing of around 1hr15, we finally leave the ferry port at Calais at around 1130 local time. From here, we use the E40 towards Brussel.
6. At 1330, we skirt the edge of Brussel, and will begin the final stretch towards our overnight stoppage at Strasbourg, passing places such as Namur and Luxembourg on the E25.

7. Having hit some traffic around Luxembourg, we arrive in Strasbourg at 1800, and soon find our Companile which will serve as a motel for the night. In the morning, it will take an early departure of 0830 to allow enough time for traffic around the border, as we push on towards Basel.
8. Having crossed over the Rhine, we have motored down the E35 and have now passed the border control and entered Switzerland in the city of Basel. As time is getting on (1015), we must continue to push on towards Bern.
9. Having swept through the Jura mountain range on the E25, we now must negate Bern. With the keys to our apartment not being available until 1600, and the time now being 1130, we can take our time and enjoy the outstanding scenery between here and Canton Valais.

10. Just after 1200, we leave the A6 at Spiez and begin our ascent up the Kander valley towards Kandersteg, where we will board the car-train through the heart of the Bernese Oberland and south towards the Rhone valley.
11. As it is the peak of the summer season, large queues mean we do not reach the station at Kandersteg until 1250. Here we must board the car-train, which will run along the lines of the BLS through the summit Lotschberg tunnel, and out towards Goppenstein.
12. We emerge high in the Rhone Valley at Goppenstein, and must descend towards the valley floor and Sierre. After driving off the train, time is getting on 1330, so we must pray for little or not queues.
