How many Construction phases will you need as I will add the caravans coming in in the same way.

Unless you want more construction phases here they are.

Small criticism, or maybe advice... Most caravan parks are set up like the attached pic.

This gives road access to all caravans:

(There's usually a few "streets" setup like this, and there often isn't a toilet block for large statics (mobile homes, as Wally refers to them), because the statics have their own sanitary facilities - there IS however a shop, or similar)

Black boxes are caravans, red is the road, yellow are dividing fences - note that these don't always exist, depending on the owner of the caravan in question.

i think the road must be smaller, and be old, and have gras growing out of most parts, looks great so far

Yeah. I could easily convert the toilets to a shop and the site i was on din't have any dividing fences. It hid though have like a bok for you to put rubbish in. Ill draw that and make a photoshopped example.

How about breaking it up a bit by adding a few tiles of campsite. I've camped in many joint campsites/caravan sites. It'll add a few tiles of variety.

How about making that shop a separate tile and industry on its own? It could accept food and beer for the residents of the caravan park.
