174 is NOTHING.... thats what I have here for download speed....
A fast server is about 5mb/sec sometimes we download things at that rate at school... THATS NICE !!!!

4KB/s is fast for me, and it's not often I get that with compressed data.

I didn't bother getting it, the server I found it on would only let me have it at about 30kbs and it was taking forever so I gave up.
