Nice Pics Louie.
It seams that I have to start a tropic game as well again. Haven't played that in a long time.
BTW, which are those yellow-ish bridges you use?
Thank you very much Irish its an awesomely challenging map Dan has created makes people completely forget their usual playing style for a move varied mix of transport types.
And in answer to your question they are as Avatar said the concrete bridges from the Newbridges set.

Yep, most pictures I saw in this topic are excellent. I'll have spare some time for playing TT, for creating pictures like that.
Keep posting.

Louie, glad to see you're enjoying Archipelago

I'm currently in 1951, and it's proving a nice challenge. Will post some more of my own when I get home

Then you haven't used MB's new stations, nor PBS signalling in a complex intersection.
And if you wait another month or two, there'll be a complete new environment available - Japan.

Not a bad route design! Now you need a new trainset to go with it.

I some times prefer some sets without the trainsets.
It reminds me of what is hardly used now.
Im not saying the trainsets arnt good, im saying some times its best to go back to the original/basics

I agree - the old nostalgia factor can be nice at times.

Although, of course, there are many great vehicle sets being developed, which are also much fun to play.

No Offense to you Oracle, but I find the station a bit too "bombastic"...

Actually I prefer to just stick with the original stuff. That way I don't have to get used to all these new trains and stuff.

First we release the next version of US trains. Then Oracle will overhaul the US stations, adding new ones like GCT.

the only thing i think is a drawback is that you can't see the trains.
