The last Wednesday in April 2022 has just left the US Minor Outlying Island of Baker Island (0°12'N / 176°29'W) and was last seen crossing the International Dateline to disappear forever.

Been suffering from drought for some time and it just in the last few months they started to get some rain so they could plant some crops and fill some dams.

Located at the northern end of the city, it is very easy to reach by interstate highway or rail lines.
It also has a very important cargo distribution center from which packages are distributed throughout the region.

Our erstwhile winners have replied. They did not disappoint. The theme for May 2022 is ...
INDUSTRY
Big or little, lots of room for creativity. Time to start industrializing.

I feel like trying my luck this time. Here's my first entry ever.
This is a screenshot I made during an actual multiplayer game, more specifically, a city builder game. That's why it doesn't have any eyecandy GRFs.
Pictured is a cluster of industries that produces food and goods, which are taken in the south-east direction to the megapolis on the mountaintop. The machine shop produces farm supplies, which are taken by the livestock trains on their return route. The output of each industry was in the thousands, and the airport clearly couldn't handle these amounts of cargo, so eventually I had to build an express train route; each train is double-headed to cope with the long and steep uphill stretch.

Hello odisseus. Welcome to the contest.
I have a favour to ask of you. Could you please edit your post by using the Attachments tab at the bottom of the Edit/Post window?
This will create a link below your image similar to the submissions on the previous pages.
This helps me manage the entries more efficiently at the end of the submission period.
Thanks,
wallyweb

I don't really understand how you wish the image to be posted. It used to be attached by the attachments tab, now I've copied the markup from somebody's earlier entry.
Anyway, here's the direct link:

Unfortunately that doesn't do the job.
1. Open your post in edit.
2. Delete this line:
Code: Select all

3. Open the attachment tab and enter your image file location from your hard drive.
4. Submit.
That should do it.

Interesting. OK, we'll let it be and see what happens when I close the submissions at the end of the month. Thanks for your patience. It is much appreciated.

Just south of the Highway, you'll find the ever expanding industrial district of Lima, with the chemical plant in main focus.

Either one is acceptable. Which one do you prefer?
