Added Serbian Dinar as currency (replacing Deutsche Mark) - rate is 70 DIN per 1 $ (so don't be surprised with very high prices).
Set now requires minimum Patch 2.0.1 Alpha 69.
Enjoy! :D

- Added two more liveries for tanker Zacs-z (I thought it was boring to have long train with all same wagons. Now liveries are random in consist.)
- Fixed vertical alignment in depot.
Enjoy! :D

I love this set - what more can I say? The animated steamers look really nice! The Serbian scenario is a challenge with all those small towns. My only suggestion for this set is to redraw/recode the early passenger and mail wagons so that there are not the wide gaps between wagons - much like what Pikka is doing to the UKRS, or DanMacK has done in the CanSet. :D

Thanx for compliments! Of course, you've took part in its creation. :D About wagons length: I tried some experiments, and results are wrong; there are 3 wagons generations (actually, more, but 3 in length); if I make those two wagons longer 2 pixs, other wagons aren't fit (espetially caboose), if I make whole generation longer 2 pixs, difference with, for example Gkks and Gbs or Hbls is hardly visible (only 2 pixs). It's thing that needs more thinking and planning, so I'd leave it like this ATM, but I'll certainly think more about it. Maybe some suggestions how to do it in other way?
Meanwhile, I converted scenario to sub-arctic (there are two identical scenarios now in pack, only differ in climate). I've tried it with Michael Blunck's alpine climate and I really recommend everybody that combination to try! :D

Here's a comparison (attached at bottom) between the freight car Gkks, mail van Daa and passenger car Baat. The Gkks' and Daas appear to be closer together then the Baats - I think the Baats are 2 pixels shorter than the others, giving the appearence of this gap (I might be wrong: I'm not a train artist ). What ever the root of this problem is, the set would be that much better if it was fixed.

By the way, I love the engines pulling these trains - the aerodynamic Berliner 01. Very futuristic looking, for the era. Does it still exist?

EDIT: I just noticed in my current game that the Berliner 01 aerodynamic I mentioned above has a life span of 5 years. Is this intentional? I recall it being longer then that in previous releases.

Yeah, I got what you want to say! Here is reason: Baat really has shorter cabin, but roof is same length as Daa or Gkks (see attached pic. Platforms for passing between wagons are opened, and on sides there are only fences). I'll see what to do to make things better looking.
About "Leteci Beogradjanin": it was experimental locomotive (I don't know how many engines were made, so I decided to short model life to 5 years only; I found only this on Net about it:
http://www.angelfire.com/co3/drustvo/steam/steam.html
Article about loco is little above half of page)

This is whole article:
01-class engine supplied with aerodynamic shield, named "Flying Belgrade-man". In 1937 this engine without rolling stocks, reach speed of 146 km/h, respectable for that time.

This locomotive is not saved AFAIK. (Ordinary 01 series locos are in operation.)

(One interesting thing: in back of locomotive there is roundhouse which still exists!)

I just tested this set.

WOW  AWESOME!!!

The steamers and the diesels are definately the best part. The loads of cargo wagons (too much, perhaps) look promising too, but didn't test those.

The worst part, IMO, is narrow gauge.

But, AWESOME WORK GUYS! I'm really suprised. This set looks at least as good as the DB Set, and any other set I know.

EDIT:

It'd be not right thing without your great MUs

Yeah, I also think NG part requires more work. For first time how to draw good animation for steamers on small wheels (3 pix heigth, and on SG part wheels are 4 pixs heigth, and it's much easier to draw animation frames). That's reason why NG steamers aren't animated yet.

And one more surprise is preparing (you know what... :) )

Oh no, absolutely not, those steamers and diesels are WAY BETTER!

EDIT: Well, the EMU680 looks quite nice tho

Purno, thanx for kind words! :D

I tried to draw cabine for Baat little longer. How is looking now?

That looks much better! Great work, as always. Before you release a hotfix, have a look at the running cost for the 662 Diesel - it seems rather high (DM 60 000 000 a year!).

Thanx for bugs noticing! :D I've noticed you're talking about prices in DM. You must set morecurrencies to 18 to have Serbian Dinar as currency (it's optional setting, everything is explained in readme). I haven't found Action 7 flag for this switch in Wiki (or I haven't read Wiki carefully, or there is different testing?), so there is no check for this setting.
So, here it is:

 New Hotfix: 22.05.2006.
- Passenger car Baat is re-drawn to avoid big gap between wagons.
- Fixed wrong running costs for Djuro Djakovic 662. (I've also found bug that loco carried iron ore, because I forgot to set all properties. Now it's fixed too.)
Enjoy! :D
